Privacy policy

Finest Only does not ask for an account, your email or your name.

Your answers. Quiz answers stay in your browser. Your last result and preferred store are kept in local storage so they are there when you come back, and your result is written in the page address so you can share it. They are not sent to our servers.

Preferences. Your theme and page-width choices are stored in your browser.

Shop links. When you click a link to a store such as Amazon, that store may set cookies to record that you came from us, so we can be paid a commission. Their own privacy policy applies there.

Advertising. We show ads from Google AdSense, which may use cookies to personalise ads. You can manage this at Google ad settings.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and receives the page address, the site you came from, your approximate location, device and browser, but never your quiz answers. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first: analytics and ad cookies stay off until you agree, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link on the page.

Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
